Politique de remboursement

1. Digital Products & Tuning Services (FINAL SALE)

All ECU tuning services, remote tuning, calibration work, tune files, revisions, and digital products are FINAL SALE and NON-REFUNDABLE once:

  • Work has started
  • A file has been created or modified
  • A tune file has been delivered
  • Data logging or tuning time has been allocated
  • A license has been assigned or activated

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once service work begins.


2. Licensing

UpRev and EcuTek licenses are strictly non-refundable once assigned or activated.


3. Abandoned Orders

Remote tuning orders with no customer response for 90 days will be considered abandoned.

Abandoned orders are non-refundable and may require a new purchase to resume services.


4. Tune Revisions

Revisions are included only as part of the purchased service package and are subject to reasonable scope.

Additional revisions outside the original scope may require additional fees.


5. Physical Products

Returns are accepted only if:

  • Requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Item is unused and in original packaging
  • Item is in resellable condition

A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly.

Opened or used electrical items (including cables and interfaces) are non-returnable unless defective.


6. Order Cancellations

Physical product orders may only be cancelled before shipping.

A 20% cancellation fee applies to cancelled physical product orders.

Tuning services and digital products cannot be cancelled once work has started.


7. Customer Error / Incorrect Orders

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Incorrect vehicle or modification information
  • Customer purchasing wrong product or license
  • Incompatibility due to undisclosed modifications
  • Customer misunderstanding of product or service

Customers are responsible for verifying all details before purchase.


8. Refund Processing (Physical Products Only)

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.


9. Chargebacks

Chargebacks initiated without prior contact violate this policy.

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and recover associated legal or collection costs where applicable.


10. Policy Updates

PowerHouse Tuning Inc. reserves the right to update this policy at any time without notice.
